The project involved the design, manufacturing, supply, and integration of a generator control system through a highly reliable Automatic Transfer Switchboard (ATS), engineered to ensure uninterrupted power continuity.

MG INDUSOL was responsible for the complete project lifecycle, including the electrical and control logic engineering of the control cabinet, manufacturing under stringent quality standards, and system commissioning. The switchboard was specifically developed to manage both automatic and manual transfer operations between two generator sets, ensuring uninterrupted electrical supply under normal operating conditions, failure scenarios, or maintenance events.

The system integrates both hardwired and programmable logic (through an HMI and PS0600 controller), enabling automated operation with advanced functionalities such as source prioritization, electrical parameter monitoring, fault detection (including voltage, frequency, differential protection, among others), and alternating operation based on runtime hours. Additionally, the system incorporates Modbus RTU communication for remote integration and real-time visualization of operating status and alarms.
